Cancellation Policy
Same Day Cancellation Policy
No shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
If you call the same day of your appointment to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the total for your service.
Please give me a call or text me to inform me that you cannot make your appointment to avoid being charged. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge to the card on file.
Feeling Sick?
If you are sick or have come in contact with someone with COVID-19. Please give 24 hour notice that you cannot make your appointment to avoid being charged.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive 10 minutes or later for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule as to not interfere with other appointments scheduled.
If I am still able to see you that day an additional $15 will be added to your total.
Additional Information
· Packages & gift cards have 1 year to be used from their original purchase date. Refunds or credit may not be granted. Due to COVID-19 pandemic I have allowed for some packages purchased in 2019 to receive a credit. Packages purchased prior to 2019 do not receive this extension.
· If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact me within 24 hours after your appointment so that the situation may be corrected. Refunds may not be granted however exchanges or credit maybe provided.
· Promotions are available during certain months all promotions have an expiration date and will not be valid after the posted date. You may prepay for services during promotions.
Packages will not be offered all year they will be available to purchase at different times each year. An email will be sent when they are available.
